What a state!

• FURTHER to the letter from Julie Tolchard (March 24), I too am a disgusted resident of Artisan Dwellings in Camden.

Little cleaning is apparent, so it gets dirtier and dirtier. My block’s lift broke down over five months ago, with no sign of any repair work taking place or planned. And we await our next big service charge bill.
