• A MAN breaks laws / bylaws and objects to being fined.

This is news? 

I was threatened with sexual assault, bodily harm and death by a cyclist on the Heath once in an incident which was reported to the police and apparently it wasn’t news.

Perhaps the newsworthy aspect is that a cyclist was actually fined for illegal behaviour in London. Makes a change,.
