Remember the Queen’s bed and Michael Fagan?

• NICE to read Diary’s positive item about Michael Fagan (Queen’s bed Fagan back at Old Bailey, March 4). 

Amazing that his Buckingham Palace visitation was as long ago as 1982. 

Thought of him recently when media were carrying historical book reviews about another humanoid who’d repeatedly intruded upon Queen Victoria. 

I’ve always remembered, too, that Mr Fagan (above) had been forbidden to write up details of his Buckingham Palace visitations. Anyway a worthwhile Diary item.
