Miller’s moral message

Published: 4 March, 2011

• ARTHUR Miller (Miller’s tale, by the man who knew him best, Review, February 25) had a message for today: “This ripping off of Good and Evil labels from one nation and pasting them on to another has done something to wither the very notion of a world theoretically moral. If last month’s friend could as quickly become this month’s enemy, what depth of reality could good and evil have?”
