Join us for history talks

Published: 11th March, 2011

• WE were delighted to see your coverage of our talk on researching trade union history and the TUC library collections on March 16 (Talk on history of union movement, March 4).

The talk is organised by Islington Archaeology and History Society. As well as lectures, we organise literary and historic walks and talks for community, school and other groups. All are welcome (donations from non-members are invited).

Our talks cover a huge range of topics. The last talk was about theatre stage architecture – the next, at 8pm on April 20 at the town hall, is about Insanity in Islington.

We hope to see you there. More information about what we do can be found at www.iahs.org.uk.
