• ROYAL Mail’s spokesman who said that moving the sorting office from Regis Road to Euston would be more cost effective went to the heart of the problem.

It probably is more cost effective for Royal Mail but it certainly is not for the thousands of people of Kentish Town and around who use the office to collect parcels.
