Pappano will be back…

• YOUR review of the Royal Opera House production of Tosca stated that this was the final production of musical director Antonio Pappano and that this was his final performance.

This has come as a surprise as I am a Friend of the ROH and there has been nothing said about Maestro Pappano leaving the ROH.  

In fact, he is due to conduct Il Trittico in the next season, and then Die  Meistersinger and Otello in the season after.
