Mail needs sorting out

• WE are a company in NW5 who will be greatly affected by the closure of the Regis Road sorting office (June 23).

We collect our post for our building each morning (six companies in all). We found that the delivery was getting later and later and companies are at liberty to collect it from the sorting office, this has proved enormously beneficial as if we waited for delivery then we might not receive our mail until lunchtime – not ideal – which is why we decided to collect our post.

This sorting office has been there years and we will be very sorry to lose it. Anything we could do to get it to remain open we would gladly do as it will cause six companies huge delays now.

Royal Mail seem to operate a service which best suits them nowadays not their customers, they are indeed lucky there are no real alternatives as they might see themselves phased out of the market which would serve them right.
