ON the subject of the jailed graffiti artist Daniel Halpin, aka Tox; if he is released early from prison, should he not be allowed to deface letter-writer Mark Newell’s property first... (Jailed graffiti artist may be feted for his work one day, July 21)?

How can such a man be described in such solemn, flowery language?

Two words can describe him: talentless and vandal!
