Beware of a takeover

LEASEHOLDERS and tenants, are their interests the same? Surely leaseholders have purchased their property to make a big profit (albeit they caught a cold like their fellow capitalists, the bankers).

Many leaseholders rent out their property. This means the tenant actually pays the mortgage. These same people would now attempt to take over tenants’ and residents’ associations. Be aware and be on your guard.
