Olympic success and beyond

• BLOOMSBURY’s first area action group took place in November and focused on the arrival of the Olympics to the area. 

Many residents aired their views and, as a result of the group, London 2012 have made some changes to their plans, including rerouting media buses away from residents north of Tavistock Square. 

The next area action group takes place on Monday January 31 at Camden Town Hall at 7pm and we again encourage residents of Bloomsbury and Fitzrovia to attend to discuss how the community can work together to improve the area, and to discuss Camden’s 20-year transport strategy, which will be presented at the meeting.
