Imaginative

• I SUPPORT the idea of paying an additional amount of council tax rather than lose front line services (An emotive balancing act, January 13). 

I think it would be welcomed in comparison to cutting the services.

Last year, when we were told there would not be an increase in taxes, I thought, how are our services going to be paid for? Something has to change or else the cycle keeps going on.

Since we are facing serious cuts let’s be more imaginative with our approach!
