Cuts that make me cry

• ON the subject of the closure of Great Croft Centre, needless to say, as a user of it, I was completely shocked that the persons in suits, sitting in Camden Town Hall, could be so viciously short-sighted, as to attack the old and vulnerable of Camden.

We all know, I presume, about the “cuts”, but this seems to be a step too far.

Being myself, a qualified health visitor, working in Camden and Islington once upon a time, I also know what the closure of such a lifeline means to Great Croft members – and I just want to cry!
