Argos action

RE: (Catalogues of waste, August 4) there have also been around 100 Argos catalogues dumped on my doorstep.

I called the Camden branch of Argos, and within 15 minutes, the books (in their plastic coverings) were collected, with a full apology from the store’s manager. The third party delivery firm were responsible and had not followed the store’s instructions.

Well done Argos for a rapid and polite response.
