Protecting football fans from babies. . .

• SINCE 1975, the freedom to breastfeed in public has been law and this basic freedom is included in the Equality Act 2010 (Flash mob threat after breastfeeding mum was told to leave pub, April 21).

Congratulations to Lauren Beaman and Lara Johns for making a stand. I hope they will give encouragement to other women to breast­feed whenever and wher­ever the baby needs it.

My football-loving sons were much amused to think that the manager of the William IV was attempting to protect male football fans from little baby Mollie. 

Aaaahhh...
