Lost & found

• HEARTFELT thanks to the kind Samaritan who returned my purse which I lost on a train on Saturday.

It was handed in to a guard at West Hamp­stead Overground station around midday. 

The police contacted my sister and there was a message from her when I got home.

I have to say thank you to someone – it’s not often you hear about good news like that.
