We use this cash or lose it

• COUNCILLOR Arthur Graves is wrong to oppose the Archway regeneration plan (Police and schools first, November 19). He is either misleading the public or embarrassingly ill-informed about the detail in the proposed £2million package. 

Of course, Labour’s priorities are police and education (and housing) but the £2million is ring-fenced money,  £0.9 million is regeneration money and the balance is for improvements to public space. So we either spend it on that or we hand the money back to the government.
