It’s unique

• TALACRE is a unique facility and, even if one accepts that a private firm is capable of managing centres to an acceptable standard, it does not automat­ically follow that they would be capable of managing Talacre and maintaining the high standards achieved there since its opening in 2002.   

I would strongly urge councillors not to support any move from council management.
