World of football

• NIGHT and day we are bombarded with football via the media.

Days are taken off work, children skip school, all to watch some boring game played by people earning more cash than most of us can dream about!
No doubt “parties” will be set up all over London, with resulting chaos, traffic jams and more.

Who cares?
Is there any hiding place for such as  myself, not wishing to participate? Where on Earth can one go?
Football will be everywhere you turn!
Perhaps I shall hibernate for the next month – at least it’s only every four years.
