Who the heli is it?

• FELLOW workers in Clerkenwell may join me in wondering who the person might be whose absurd self-importance drives him or her to commute every morning by helicopter into our area at 9am.  
Islington and Camden councils tell me they have no jurisdiction over noise pollution by helicopters, thus allowing this individual to disrupt the lives of thousands of others on a daily basis.
