Cat bells

• I WOULD like to point out to all cat owners in Camden and beyond, that this is bird breeding time, and I have just had to bury a nest of chicks who were savaged by a cat just for play; surely it is the duty of all cat owners to ensure that their cats wear collars with bells attached. Please!
