Protect these homes

• CONCERNING the reports of the Cumberland Market tenants against Crown Estate’s proposed sell-off, I have been a tenant of the Crown Estate for more than 20 years.
The news that they are considering selling-off their four housing estates, is chilling.
There is a dearth of affordable housing in London.
No one really knows what will happen if the sell-off goes ahead, regardless of the promises made, and the assurances given.
For the sake of the current tenants (the elderly, young families, essential service workers, for those on low incomes) and for future generations, our homes must not he sold.
