Apollo OK

• I WAS expecting a team of unskilled builders, rude site managers, incompetent project managers and insensitive resident liaison officers to descend on my flat over four weeks ago, but to pleasant surprise those who came were very different.
However much try I cannot marry the articles printed and letters sent to the New Journal about Apollo with my experience of the polite, skilled and competent team that have been in and out of my flat.
OK, so not every bit of work was perfect, but anything that fell below standard was rectified immediately.
The project and site managers bent over backwards to accommodate our household preferences and the team as a whole were tolerant and patient when we changed our minds about what did and didn’t want.
