• BELSIZE Residents Association has been running for several years a successful scheme which circulates to its members each spring a booklet listing some 20 types of tradesmen recommended by a named member of the association.

A new community-based organisation called Camden Shares now proposes to run a similar scheme across other parts of Camden.

For this to succeed, several volunteers are needed to receive recommendations and tabulate them for printing.

Volunteers would be given ample support and guidance by Camden Shares and by the undersigned, the current co-ordinator of the Belsize Park Tradesmen You Can Trust scheme.

Camden Shares operates on a system of rewarding volunteers of this kind with services, meeting space or free tickets offered by a number of organisations which are also members of Camden Shares.
