Why we need to invest in our youngest generation
Published: 4 June 2010
• IF the government is genuine about its desire and commitment to address the real issues at the heart of a “broken Britain”, Early Years must be the best place to start.
Only when we consistently invest in children and families from day one can we ever hope to reap such substantial rewards available to us all further down the line.
All we ask is that Early Years not be overlooked, among so many more immediately persuasive calls for action.
The best research keeps on reminding us how important it is to get it right for the youngest generation among us.
