A practice translating into costs
• IN view of the fact that central government, of necessity, are having to make stringent financial cuts, perhaps the new council in Camden could start to make a few of their own.
It is the practice at the moment to publicise all council literature in a multitude of languages and dialects.
In the present time is this necessary or cost effective?
