Play success

• WELL done to all involved in creating the new adventure playground in Kilburn Grange Park.

I attended the launch on Saturday and despite the grey and wet weather, the kids there had a fantastic time, clambering all over the new climbing frame and tree house. The new play centre looks great too, visually stunning as well as well designed for all sorts of uses – and whenever the park itself is open, rather than just around structured play times.

Funded by a grant from the old Department of Children, Schools and Families, it is a really welcome addition to our much-loved local park.
