Patriotic role?

• I AM pleased to see that Camden Council car towers have taken on a new and patriotic role.

On Saturday after the terrible performance of the England football team the night before, I saw a car being towed from a parking bay for which there were no restrictions on that day.

However, I noticed that the car was displaying an England flag.

Presumably the reason given on the parking ticket was that supporting a football team who played so badly was a serious offence against humanity .
