Government cap fits

• NEARLY five million people in the the UK are claiming housing benefits.

In the past five years the housing benefit bill has gone up by 50 per cent, to in excess of £21billion a year, more than the country spends on education and policing combined.

Are those who complain about the cap the government wants to put on claims really suggesting we can go on like this?
