Fire damage nightmare

• AlMOST two months ago there was a fire caused by someone setting fire to a motorbike in the courtyard of Whidborne House, on Hillview estate, which is managed’ by CHA/One Housing Group. 

There is smoke damage all the way up one wall, the door to the bin sheds is blackened and blistered, and the windows blackened with soot.

Since then, several tenants including me have been trying to get One Housing Group to clean up.

It is a nightmare trying to get One Housing Group to do anything.

Last year they stopped cleaning for several months and we had to battle to get them to resume what should be a basic service.
