School’s new look

• FOR many, January brings new beginnings and this is the case for pupils and teachers at Holloway School as they move into new facilities.
The school is part of the national Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme and, together with Highbury Grove and Samuel Rhodes, is one of the first schools in Islington to benefit from this once-in-a-generation opportunity.
Holloway School is one of a number of BSF schools opening in January around the country and one which has a shared aim to provide young people with the very best start in life. The BSF programme is more than bricks and mortar – it is about putting young people at the heart of our efforts to improve their future.
I look forward to hearing about the positive impact Holloway School has on pupils, teachers and the community as it strives to make a difference to the lives of all who come through its doors.
