Eyesore of road signs

• I AM really annoyed about the proliferation of road sign clutter.
Our local Green councillors are committed to reducing street clutter.
So what does Camden  Council do?
On every road leading into Camden it has erected signs about a ban on lorries parking in the area.
There is (was under the Greater London Council) a London-wide ban, so there is no real need for signs all over Camden.
Other boroughs don’t sport these signs.
I have complained to the council and asked if they have properly considered and costed all these signs.
I await the reply with interest.
