Julia is simply the best

• WHEN I was recommended to go into sheltered accommodation I was confused and I worried about my independence, privacy and freedom of movement.
But after a few months being under Julia Laurie’s management at Denton’s sheltered homes in Kentish Town I realised I have nothing to worry about.
When I met her for the first time, Julia showed me my flat. While I was looking around rooms, she looked out over London from its large, wide window. She asked me: “How is the flat?” I answered: “It is OK. I will accept it.” “I’ll charge you for nice view you have got,” she joked.
Julia’s management is the best. She is like a flexible spanner. Even though she is the manager, and has a job description, she will do anything for us. If you have a problem with your heating, tap/faucet, lighting or anything else, she will try to fix it herself immediately.
Julia is compassionate, obliging and kind. She works very hard and always comports herself with great dignity. I wish her, the best, enjoyable and long life.
