Good meal

• THANK you so much for the cheque for £400 from the New Journal’s Hamper Appeal for the older people’s lunch Club at Marchmont Community Centre.

For some older people this is their only hot meal of the day and coming to our lunch club also provides a useful platform for older people to discuss their problems and socialise, which can help alleviate isolation.
