Estate chiefs in hot water

• ONCE again Homes for Islington (HfI) has excelled itself at Spa Green estate by installing a new hot water system that actually works less well than the one before. 

Mind you, it does break down just as frequently, so perhaps HfI can count that as a “consistent service” when preparing its next homespun performance propaganda.  

All this for a charming £4,500 per leaseholder, which we were all forced to pay before the work was even close to being halfway done. Sometimes life at Spa Green under HfI feels like an episode of The Sopranos.
