There’s snow such law

Published: 23 December, 2010

• CAN someone out there with legal knowledge tell us the name of the law by which a person would  be prosecuted for an accident if they had cleared the snow from in front of their house?

I am guessing there is no such law and no one has ever been prosecuted for snow clearance. This is an urban myth.

In parts of the USA and Canada it works the other way. You could be prosecuted for not making a path!

Congratulations to the residents of Patshull Road who cleared a long stretch of their street.
