• NEW graffiti has appeared on the large concrete water tank atop the roof of the 18-storey block of flats called Lulworth, off Agar Grove.

In huge letters is a drawing of an eye followed by BELIEVE! I suppose one should be grateful these louts remembered it’s I before E except after C. Nevertheless this eyesore should be removed.
