Relocation to Thamesmead

• I NOTE from Esther Whitby’s letter, December 9, a reference to Camden residents moving from NW1 out to places such as Thamesmead, designed to alleviate the housing problems of central London.

After 30 years in the Camden area I moved to Thamesmead some years ago. It’s a very different environment but most of my old haunts are within an hour’s travel. There is a book on my experiences titled The Road To Panelak City published by Pen Press .
