Frozen out in winter

• AFTER five, going on six nights without heating, hot water or communication with anything other than a machine, if I don’t get somebody here to fix the plumbing very soon, I can see the headline in the New Journal: “Man found dead in bed.”

I’ll leave the rest to your imagination.

I long ago gave up the ghost that One Housing will ever get their act together and not hire “cowboys” that never turn up, never return calls and most of all, seem not to be in their offices as callers are put on the musical carousel they call an answering service.
