Pass test

• AT 85 I make mistakes, and want to thank the London Borough of Camden’s transport department, for their wonderfully quick and kindly help in arranging for me to have a new Freedom Pass, as I could not find the old one.

They patiently listened to all my worries about what had happened to it, and eventually they took a lot of trouble to sort it out.

After checks were made, they obtained a new one for me. It was the best kind of public service for a pensioner that could be expected, and I am truly thankful
