Doctor never suspended by trust

• THERE are a number of inaccuracies in John Gulliver’s report (GOSH! That’s no way to treat a doctor, April 15).
As we told the New Journal on April 14, Dr Kim Holt has never been suspended by the trust. In December 2009 NHS London published a report into allegations made by Dr Holt.
The trust is fully committed to the recommendations made in this report, which included mediation to facilitate Dr Holt’s return to work.
