Communal areas are never done

• WE have the same problems in our block as the tenant in the letter printed (Taking care, March 25).
Veolia sweep the courtyards in our block but the stairs that the caretaker is responsible for are rarely cleaned.
The communal walkways on each floor, the lift and the landings are filthy as they are never done.
Could Camden please let us know why we are paying a caretaking service charge for a service that we do not receive.
If these communal areas are not cleaned are they checked for any obstructions or any health and safety issues? I think not.
