Busy… in the Town Hall

• GIVEN that I supposedly have three “hard-working Liberal Democrat councillors” who campaign tirelessly for Kentish Town it is surprising that I see so little of them in recent months.
I met an extremely grumpy Nick Russell on Kentish Town Road on Saturday afternoon. 
When I asked why he had barely been seen round the area he explained that he had been “very busy in the Town Hall” and that his colleague was busy “running Camden’s budget”. He also mentioned that his other colleague had some sort of financial matter which was causing him to be ill.
I later learnt that the other councillor had been arrested for alleged benefit fraud.
It would seem of late that the Liberal Democrats are good at delivering leaflets but shoddy at delivering on promises.
