Police appeal follows nightclub ‘glass attack’

POLICE have released the picture (Above) of a woman they want to speak to in connection with a serious assault in a Holborn nightclub.
They said a 20-year-old victim has been scarred for life by the attack in Runway nightclub, New Oxford Street, last Thursday, when a glass was thrust into her face.
They added that the attacker also punched her in the face before being dragged away by bouncers at about 4am. The victim was taken to hospital and treated for cuts to her eyebrow and nose areas.
Detective Rob Jones, who is investigating said: “This was a violent and unprovoked assault and the victim has been left with facial scarring. Somebody will recognise the woman in this picture and I would appeal to them to get in touch.”
