Hat’s it – Celebrating world cultures at Holy Trinity primary in Hampstead

PUPILS at Holy Trinity primary in Hampstead enjoyed a celebration of diversity on Friday. Children from reception right the way through to Year 6 enjoyed activities including African drumming, Asian dancing and Mexican cooking. Parents also came along in the evening to watch their children perform a talent show including poetry from the Caribbean and Indian music, face painting, henna tattooing, face painting and international food was on offer.
Judith Alexander, deputy headteacher at the school, said: “It was a very successful evening celebrating cultural diversity. The kids seemed to have a fantastic time.”
