JUBILANT duo Artemis Saddington and Jennifer Tang were all smiles this week after scooping medals at the London Gymnastics Regional Championships

The girls, who train with Camden Gymnastics Club at the Talacre Sports Centre in Kentish Town, impressed judges with their routines at Heathrow Gym Club.

Artemis, 13, narrowly missed out on top spot on the podium as she scooped a silver medal, while Jennifer, 14, returned home with a bronze in her age category.

Afterwards Camden head coach Karen Waldron said: “We’re all so proud of the girls.

“Since winning their first medals in a regional event they have come beaming into the gym desperate to try new moves and work on their routines.”

Artemis's age and article content

Hello.

I am a friend of Artemis and she is not 13 she is 12. I think you should reconsider the article and write more about her fabulous successes including her back somersault which she landed on the beam almost perfectly.

Yours sincerely
