FOUR singers at the Guildhall School of Music are seeking to raise £800 for Great Ormond Street Hospital by singing
at Burgh House, Hampstead tomorrow night (Friday).
They’ve called themselves the Bijou quartet and so far, they’ve raised more than half their target through advance ticket sales and donations to their web-page called justgiving.com/ bijouquartet.
“We’ll be performing a selection of solo and ensemble pieces from opera to light music,” says Lowri Jones, one of female foursome.
“If you’re not an opera lover, do not fear, there will be plenty of popular tunes that you’ll recognise and enjoy.”
