Teenager stabbed seven times in back

A KNIFE-wielding attacker stabbed a teenager seven times in the back as he waited for a bus in Archway.
The 18-year-old man was attacked by a 6ft tall hooded suspect at about 12.30am in Junction Road, opposite Archway Tube on Tuesday.
The victim, who police say suffered from life-threatening injuries, was taken to hospital where he underwent surgery.
He is now in a stable condition.
Investigating officer Acting Detective Sergeant Emma Bird said: “This was a sustained and vicious assault. I appeal to anyone who has any information that will lead to the successful apprehension of the suspect to call police on 020 7421 0185 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
