DANCING, market stalls and fairground rides will enliven a Westminster “village” next weekend.
The Marylebone Summer Fayre, an annual event organised and funded by The Howard de Walden Estate, will roll into Marylebone Village and the surrounding roads including New Cavendish Street and Moxon Street on Sunday June 19.
There will be Pimm’s and buttered scones galore and events including live music and a tombola with all prizes donated by Marylebone retailers.
An estimated 30,000 people are set to attend and many roads in the area will be closed.
The fun kicks off at 10am and packs up at 5pm.
Jenny Edwards, creative director at Howard de Walden, said: “The Howard de Walden Estate is delighted to be supporting such a worthy cause.”
