Join NBA star’s super camp

SLAM-DUNKING youngsters are being given the chance to join NBA superstar Luol Deng at one of the best basketball camps in Europe.
Boys and girls aged between eight and 18 (above) jumped at the chance to take part in a free basketball clinic on Saturday at the Talacre Community Sports Centre in Kentish Town.
They will now be taking to the court at Acland Burghley School in Tufnell Park every Monday for the next three weeks.
The most promising players could earn a scholarship to the Luol Deng Basketball Camp, which will be held at Loughborough University in Leicestershire from August 16.
A place at the six-day camp usually costs £305 but a unique partnership between Deng and the Camden Sports Council means that some of the future stars will receive heavily-subsidised or even free places.
